02Why Array

Four reasons your exit closes at the top of its range

Four advantages decide your final number. Buyers weigh all of them; we build all of them.

A negotiator with institutional training in your corner

Buyers bring lawyers and playbooks; you bring an advisor trained at Partners Group, Legend Holdings, and Roche M&A. That standard of preparation and negotiation now works exclusively for founders.

Partners Group · Legend Holdings · Roche M&A

The best buyer for your company, wherever they are

The highest bidder is rarely next door, so we search the whole map. 80% of our transactions close cross-border, with deals completed across the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, India, Israel, and the UAE.

Speed that creates leverage

Materials in weeks, not months, and processes run on hard deadlines. One recent client counted three offers inside a month; competitive tension is a function of pace.

03How we work

A full institutional process, without hiring a bank

You keep running your company while we run your exit: senior judgment on every call, machinery that moves in days, and full confidentiality until you choose otherwise.

01

The partner you meet is the partner you get

Attila Hardy runs every mandate personally: valuation, positioning, buyer calls, and the final negotiation.

02

Prepared in weeks, not months

Designed, footnoted materials with every figure traceable to your data room, stress-tested in an independent review before you sign off on each page.

03

A process buyers take seriously

NDA-gated rooms, per-recipient watermarking, engagement analytics on every document, and hard offer deadlines that create real tension.

04

Confidential until the day you choose

Buyers sign NDAs before your identity is disclosed. Your team, customers, and competitors learn about the sale from you, not from the market.

06Valuation drivers

Know what moves your multiple, before a buyer tells you

Buyers price the same four things again and again. We position every one of them before your company goes to market.

The same company can trade at very different multiples. Positioning decides where on the arc you land.

Get your directional multiple →

Efficient growth

Durable, capital-efficient growth outprices raw growth. We frame yours with the cohorts to prove it.

Net revenue retention

Expansion that outruns churn compounds your multiple. We present retention the way buy-side analysts model it.

Recurring share

Every point of recurring revenue prices above one-off revenue. We separate and defend the recurring base.

Margin & transferability

Clean books, documented add-backs, and low key-person risk remove the discounts buyers love to apply.

Attila Hardy

Before founding Array, Attila spent a decade inside institutions where transaction discipline is the product: the European buyout team of Partners Group, direct investing at Legend Holdings, venture capital at Redalpine, and the M&A department of Roche. He has also been an operator himself, bootstrapping a direct-to-consumer eCommerce venture to a 20-person team, so he knows both sides of the table.

He holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, magna cum laude.

09Client reviews
They used their network to come up with 3 offers in less than a month. We ended up in a bidding war, and it was managed perfectly by Array Capital.
Derek Morin Derek MorinCo-Founder, Tabarnapp · Montreal, Canada
Excellent M&A advisor
“From the initial valuation of our app, ShipScout, to the final negotiations, Attila's insights were invaluable. His deep understanding of the landscape and buyer universe enabled us to position the asset in a way that maximized its market value and certainty of closing. What sets Array apart is their tireless work ethic.”
Marc Abousleiman Marc Abousleiman Co-Founder, Appregator · New York, USA
Extremely satisfied
“Array Capital invested a significant amount of effort throughout the entire process. In contrast to other M&A advisors we engaged with, they made a dedicated effort to fully comprehend the unique strengths and weaknesses of our business. This approach led to the development of a persuasive narrative that generated multiple bids.”

10Questions

The questions every founder asks first

Straight answers now; the rest on a 30-minute call.

What does it cost?

A success fee of 4 to 6% of the transaction value, nothing else. No retainers, no upfront fees. If we do not sell your company, you owe us nothing.

Will my team and customers find out?

Not from us. Buyers sign NDAs before your identity is disclosed, all materials are watermarked per recipient, and public mandate listings never identify the company.

How long does a sale take?

Preparation to signed LOI typically runs 3 to 5 months, with closing 1 to 2 months after. Our preparation compresses the front end; the market sets the back end.
