More offers, better terms, and a close that sticks
A five-phase process buyers take seriously, run end to end for you. You stay anonymous until buyers sign an NDA, and in control at every gate.
Positioning & valuation
We mine your data room, rebuild your metrics on a buy-side basis (ARR bridges, cohort retention, SDE), and agree the valuation corridor and deal design before anyone is contacted.
Institutional materials
A designed teaser and a full confidential information memorandum, built in-house and stress-tested in an independent review pass before you sign off on every page.
Curated buyer outreach
A named buyer universe of strategics, PE platforms, and qualified individuals, approached confidentially. Every buyer signs an NDA before seeing your name.
Competitive bidding
A deadline-driven process in our secure transaction rooms, with per-buyer engagement analytics telling us who is real. Offers are compared on structure, certainty, and cash at close, not headline price alone.
Exclusivity to closing
We manage confirmatory diligence, coordinate counsel on the SPA, and hold the timetable so the deal you accepted is the deal that closes.
Materials that make buyers bid, not browse
Two and a half minutes on how the engagement works, in Attila's own words.
Teaser & CIM
Anonymized teaser and a designed, footnoted information memorandum with every figure traceable to your data room.
Secure transaction room
NDA-gated portal room per buyer: documents, KPI dashboard, and a 20-question Q&A, watermarked per recipient.
Buyer engagement analytics
Who opened what, for how long, and which questions they studied, so negotiation leverage is based on evidence.
The CIM buyers actually read: designed, footnoted, every figure traceable to your data room.
The evidence behind our negotiation calls: every open, minute, and question logged per buyer.
Your questions, answered straight
What does it cost?
A success fee of 4 to 6% of the transaction value, nothing else. No retainers, no upfront fees. If we do not sell your company, you owe us nothing.
Will my team and customers find out?
Not from us. Buyers sign NDAs before your identity is disclosed, all materials are watermarked per recipient, and public mandate listings never identify the company.
How long does a sale take?
Preparation to signed LOI typically runs 3 to 5 months, with closing 1 to 2 months after. Our preparation compresses the front end; the market sets the back end.
What size of company do you work with?
B2B software, SaaS, and app businesses, typically bootstrapped and profitable, with transaction values in the single-digit to low-double-digit millions. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the first call.
Do you run a broad auction or a quiet process?
Your call, made together. Most mandates run as a confidential, curated process to 50 to 150 named buyers with a hard offer deadline; we can go narrower for sensitive situations.
Considering an exit in the next 12 to 24 months?
A 30-minute discovery call: our read on your valuation, buyer universe, and timing. No commitment, full confidentiality.
